Latest News:

EUC Reminder: Claimants on Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) must complete a daily work search, Monday through Friday, and provide documentation of this with your weekly claim. If this work search is not completed and returned, benefit payments will not be made. More information about the work search is available in the EUC FAQs and the Supplement to Weekly Claim form is available here.

Claimants: The State Extended Benefits (EB) program has officially ended. There will be no more EB benefit payments made and there are no additional programs at the Kansas Department of Labor once a claimant has exhausted EB.
