You will need to register for a new account through our updated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system if you have not already done so.
Please try the following troubleshooting options:
- You will need an active email address which will serve as your user name.
- Complete the registration process in one sitting.
- If you do not see your activation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
- Do not forward the activation email.
- Do not click the Activate link in the activation email more than once.
- If the next page doesn’t load, try closing the window and signing back in through GetKansasBenefits.gov.
- If you are still unable to log in, submit a technical assistance request.
