Hours: The Unemployment Contact Center has representatives available 8 a.m. through 4:15 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. The Contact Center is closed on state holidays. Consequently, payments may be delayed during the week in which the holiday falls.

Your unemployment claim can only be discussed with you. If a family member or friend calls for information, you must be available to give us permission to speak with them EACH time that you call.
